My Philosophy

"The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly, and without fear, for newer and richer experience."
- Eleanor Roosevelt

I firmly believe in the spirit of Eleanor Roosevelt, which is to say 1) it is far better to truly live life than merely exist and 2) fear should not motivate you to do or not do anything in life. For example, fear is what keeps you in a job that makes you unhappy. Fear keeps people in unhealthy relationships. Fear prevents you from living and keeps you existing. It takes courage and strength to overcome fear.

Each person’s feelings, thoughts, desires, and interests make them unique. And while we are all unique and special in both obvious and subtle ways, all human beings have the need to be loved, and feel safe and secure. I work with people to highlight and maximize the idiosyncracies of each individual, while meeting basic human needs that are common to all of us imperfect humans—the need to have a well balanced life, the need for inner peace no matter what stressful situation is occurring, and the need to be involved in healthy, loving, intimate relationships. Daily life becomes so complicated, whether it is managing the household, the staff, or your closet. I want to build a relationship with you where we work together to help you transform your daily life into one that is based in inner peace, serenity, and love. I want you to be able to walk away from this website with the knowledge that the only person preventing you from achieving your goals is you---whatever those goals may be. With highest intentions and warmest wishes, I invite you to continue to read on and improve your life, one day at a time, one moment at a time.

"They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself."
